- I'm a child of the King! I'm married to the most wonderful man in the world. I'm the mother of a very handsome, talented and extremely entertaining nearly twenty-one-year-old, who has embarked on an adventure of his own as he serves his country as an army medic in the mid-East. I'm old enough to be getting mail from AARP, but young enough to enjoy shooting straw papers across the table at unsuspecting people in restaurants. I am fortunate to have some of the most wonderful friends a girl could ask for . . .sisters in every sense of the word. My husband and I have just recently moved from "Eden" in Florida to "the promised land" in the hills of Kentucky. Join with us as we begin our wonderful adventure on Goldens Creek.

Well, my dear Junque Syster Vintage Girl, I plan to have a frilly, girly guest bedroom where you can stay when you come to visit. As far as the old wood goes, I guess for us junque addicts, the line from the famous movie SHOULD have been, "if we tear it down, they will come". I promise I'll let you know when the demolition of a couple of the old outbuilding commences so you can come! :)
Your music to Somewhere in Time goes perfectly with the slideshow. I love that music so much that years ago I sat down and figured it out on the piano and wrote it out so I could play it anytime I want!
Kathy, Somewhere in Time is probably my all time favorite movie. My son is a flutist, so this particular arrangement has extra special meaning to me. Of course he's told me that the "correct name" is something like Rhapsody on a Theme by . . . maybe Paganini?! I dunno. Just know I like the music! I'd love to hear you play it some time!
